3D WOVEN FIBERGLASS FABRICS REINFORCED COMPOSITES (SPACER)

3D WOVEN FIBERGLASS FABRICS REINFORCED COMPOSITES (SPACER)

The thickness of 3D Composites ranges from 5 to 32 mm and its width measures up to 4 meters. Resin can be Polyester or Epoxy or any other requested resins.

Making the Composite panels fire retardant and/or coating them with fireproof agents; as well as adding different Gel-coats to them can be provided.

3D Woven Fiberglass Fabrics Reinforced Composites

It is particularly suited for use as a core material and framework in many industries that rely heavily on factors such as:

– extremely light weight 3~4 kg/m2

 – high strength

 – shock resistance

 – thermal insulation

 – acoustic damping (21db in 1.1kHz)

 – Waterproof

– high stiffness

 – excellent durability

 – superior integrity

 – extremely great resistance against delamination (non-delaminatable)

 – fireproof and fire resistance (optional)

 – corrosion resistance

 – fatigue resistance

 – wave non-detectable

After being coated and processed with resin, 3D Fiberglass Fabric has a superior property both mechanically and chemically, with outstanding capability of anti-debonding. Due to the advantages of lightweight, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and special interstitial structure, resined 3D Fiberglass Fabric is often used as framework components in various industries all over the world

The interstitial hollow space between the two surfaces can also be filled up with different kind of foams and mortars to provide synergistic support with the vertical piles and to bring more stiffness as well as less elasticity against the surface friction and scrubbing forces.
